ZURU Tech Italy is committed to supporting parents in important moments like the birth, foster care or adoption of children and helps to improve work-life balance by ensuring greater flexibility between work in the office and the Work From Home for the entire span of early childhood. Beyond the current legislation on the subject and the rules of the CCNL “Commercio” (see parental-leaves), in ZURU Tech Italy:
from the moment of the pregnancy communication, until the child's first birthday. In case of foster care / adoption during the first year starting from the arrival into the family of the minor up to 12 years.

A new parent, if needed, within the child's first year of life or within the first year from the child's entry into the family up to 12 years old, can request to enter into a specific individual agreement allowing them to work half-day on WFH instead of a full day.
In every case 4 days in the office per month remains mandatory.
At the end of the periods indicated by this policy, the previous individual Smart Working agreement will be returned to the previous one.
The paid paternity leave days (100% paid) increase from 10 to 20 days to be used within the child's fifth month of life or within the first 5 months from the child's entry into the family up to 12 years old.
