ZURU Tech is a pet-friendly workplace. Pets make our lives better in so many ways. At work, they create a fun, happy environment, encourage interactions among people, and get us up for regular exercise breaks.

We want only to provide ****guidelines for responsibilities and good practices.

Pets are a responsibility, and the opportunity to have them at our workplace is a privilege all participants must respect.

General Guidelines

• This workplace pet policy applies to employees only. It would be too difficult to track requirements and participation, we do not allow visitors to bring pets to our workplace.
• This policy applies to Milan and Modena offices, and participating pets are allowed any time their owner is in the office.
• The focus of our policy is dogs and cats. Other pets maybe accepted but please check with HR first.
• Pets are allowed in open space areas and cannot enter meeting rooms, bathrooms, phone booths, cantinas, or technical spaces (CED) for health and safety reasons

Pet Requirements

Pets must be:

• At least 3 months old.
• Up to date on vaccinations required by state law.
• Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas.
• Clean and in general well-groomed. Also to avoid potential allergy reactions make sure to prevent pet hair loss in the office
• House-trained.
• Obedient, well-socialized, and with no risk of biting, excessive barking, chasing, or aggressive behavior.
