System Lead

Purpose: the System Lead will oversee the design, coordination, and integration of all technical systems within the project. They will ensure that systems are accurately designed, fully integrated, and validated prior to production, maintaining technical excellence and compliance with architectural and project requirements.
Final Design Authority: Hold ultimate responsibility for all system-related design decisions and integrations across the project lifecycle.
Design Integration: Translate architectural or conceptual inputs into complete, coordinated system layouts and solutions.
System Design & Component Selection: Define and select appropriate technologies, components, and configurations to meet project requirements and performance goals.
Product Development Interface: When new or custom components are required, prepare and deliver detailed specifications and requirements to the Product Design teams in New Zealand and China for development.
Review & Validation: Evaluate and approve design documentation, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance before final sign-off.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, designers, and development teams across multiple regions to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with overall project objectives.
