**We care about Team Building activities, they help to create cohesion among all team members, strengthening a sense of belonging to one great team. In the everyday life of the office, we organize many small events like release celebrations, birthday parties, snacks, and little moments of recreation, but we organize also bigger events.

In particular:

• Team Building - Events where we invite all zuruers
• Team Events - Events organized by individual teams or groups of teams based on collaborative projects

Team Events Overview

Team events are an opportunity to foster team bonding, collaboration, and engagement. These events can include dinners, lunches, cocktail gatherings, or other team-building activities.

Each employee has a total budget of €90 for 2025, which can be used for up to three events throughout the year.

Priority is given to team-specific activities, but cross-team events are also allowed, meaning that employees from different teams can join the same event or multiple teams can merge their budgets for a larger activity if preapproved by the Team Leads/Supervisors involved. In case of conflict/overlapping of funds usage, the precedence will be given to the Team the person belongs to.

Team Buildings

Every year we organize a couple of big events, generally in Spring/Summer and for the Christmas period. Every Zuruer is always invited but attendance is not mandatory (although appreciated!)
