With the company growing and roles evolving, we wanted to maintain this spirit by modernizing the management of roles and responsibilities to meet the need for flexibility and better alignment between titles and skills, inspired by successful tech company models.

Starting in January 2024, we will reduce the extreme variation of titles we have built over time, simplifying this aspect, while introducing the LR (Level of Responsibility) to recognize different responsibilities, skills, and impact within the same title. We will make any necessary adjustments to existing situations during the July 2024 Salary Review

Levels of Responsibility (LR) are a measurement of several key factors in defining the impact of a certain role inside the company. They may vary with time reflecting changes in the organization structure and by role.

Factors that concur to define an LR are: Technical expertise, Prior experience, Company experience, Job Role, Team or Group leadership, Number of interfaces, Buddy activities, Hiring process participation, etc..
